Located on the quiet end of Duval Street, the Key West Yoga Sanctuary is part of a creative and conscious collective, Green Pineapple Wellness Center. We are a Hatha Yoga studio, Organic Cafe, and Boutique offering classes and workshops to support happiness, health, and mindfulness.  In the midst of our busy lives it is important to have personal practices that ground us so that we are able to restore, strengthen, and create mental clarity. Even in yoga class, we tend to expect a lot from ourselves. The way that we approach our bodies can make a significant difference in the output and balancing of our energy. The classes have an intention of guiding you into your deepest experience so that they too, are not a demand on your body, but a compliment and support to every aspect of your life. We encourage all experience levels and are passionate about helping all feel comfortable in their bodies and within the space. 



Afternoon Breathing & Meditation Classes


Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 2:30-3:00 PM

Take a moment to pause and turn the gaze inwards. Our meditation classes offer an opportunity to reconnect with our true nature.

Meditation has been known to:

  • Improve cardiac health

  • Stimulate coherence with the brain

  • Improve sleep

  • Improve attention and focus

  • Reduce or eliminate problems such as depression, allergies, asthma, stress

  • Support a drop in stress, anxiety

Meditation is a wonderful way to increase self awareness and boost physical and mental health. Through stillness and breath, clarity is achieved. Research shows that mindfulness therapy (through meditation) can be as effective as some prescription anti-depressants.
