Let's start from scratch! In this workshop we'll slow the pace down and focus on the fundamentals of alignment and breath. We'll go over what props are and how we can use them for greater ease in a yoga posture. We'll learn how to connect the breath with the movement to create a clear, smooth, conscious connection and practice. This is a nice opportunity to ask questions and to work through any insecurities that may come up in a class setting or within your own body and experience.
