Experience An Introduction to
Mindfulness Meditation In 4 Weeks.
This 4-class package will allow you to explore mindfulness, train you how to meditate, and provide a foundation to launch your own mindfulness meditation practice. Each class will include instruction and Q&A; the main purpose of the session is to practice one or more mindfulness meditations (Sitting, Walking, Loving Kindness, etc) ranging from 25 to 40 minutes each session.
When: October 30, November 6, 13 and 20 from 4:30-5:30pm

Rita Devassy, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Rita discovered meditation during a trying time in her personal life; she has been practicing now for well over a decade. Rita’s mission is encourage self-awareness, compassion and generosity by creating a space of stillness to allow everyone to be as they are. Rita has taught meditation to groups both small and large ranging from one-on-one to over 100 people. Rita is a trained mindfulness meditation instructor. Rita received her training at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado: entry into and through the training program required a minimum of four hours of meditation each week along with other experiences like silent retreats.
