TOPIC-- Shoulders & Upper Back

Cranky shoulders? Tight upper back or stiff neck? Carpal tunnel? Headaches?

We’ll be targeting the *shoulders* and *upper back* in this edition of the Great Tension Release. Learn to find ease. We will use foam rollers, blocks, straps, and tennis balls in new and creative ways to to release muscle knots and delve deep into our connective tissue. You will:
• stretch, work, and self-massage myofascial tissue of the upper body
• learn new, practical tools to relieve your own aches & pains. Get ready for some creative, fun, relaxing tennis ball love.

Open to everyone. No yoga experience necessary. Especially perfect for anyone with any kind of musculoskeletal pain, injury, restriction, or tightness.

TOPIC — Feet, Knees & ITs

Cranky knees? Painful feet? Fallen arches? Tight ITs?

We’ll be targeting the *feet, legs, and IT bands for healthy knees.* in this edition of the Great Tension Release. Learn to find ease.

We will use foam rollers, blocks, straps, and tennis balls in new and creative ways to to release muscle knots and delve deep into our connective tissue. You will:
• stretch, work, and self-massage myofascial tissue of the lower body
• learn new, practical tools to relieve your own aches & pains. Get ready for some creative, fun, relaxing tennis ball love.

Open to everyone. No yoga experience necessary. Especially perfect for anyone with any kind of musculoskeletal pain, injury, restriction, or tightness.

$30 for 1 workshop or $50 for both

About Bethania:
Bethania loves intelligent yoga from challenging vinyasa to nourishing restorative.

She designs practices which layer a strong emphasis on alignment, breath, and clarity with her love of anatomy and therapeutics. Students rave about about her healing hands-on assists.

Bethania has taught weekly public classes and private clients in Boston and San Francisco for over a decade. She has been on the faculty of yoga teacher trainings as the specialty anatomy teacher and to teach hands-on assists and therapeutics. She regularly assists restorative yoga trainings in Kripalu (Massachusetts). Off the solo yoga mat, Bethania loves handstands, partner dancing, partner acrobatics, and working with small business as a business consultant. She is excited to visit and share her passion for therapeutics with students in Key West!
