Private + Small Groups

Traditionally, yoga was taught one on one, directly from teacher to student.  Private instruction draws on this tradition and is an opportunity to develop a personal practice which best meets the needs of the individual student. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice, or spend some time working with an injury or condition.  Everyone should experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, personal way.

During a time when it is imperative to keep our circles tight, Small Group and Private Yoga sessions are also a great way to enjoy the energy of practicing with others, guided by your teacher’s more focused attention in a selectively curated group to ensure your safety and well-being.

Want us to come to you?  Small groups a private sessions can be arrange in the studio, on our back deck or in your home or at the location of your choice.  We love teaching out at the beach and in the park.
